There is no free unique content, unless you write it yourself and it will be still not free. You can outsource article/content writing to some writters - there are some charging $1 for 100 words. It’s hard to find a decent quality for such a low price but I hope you will find it.

If you cannot write it yourself, the only way to get 100% unique content for your site is to pay someone else to write it for you. You can get decent, keyworded articles written for not much money (maybe as low as $5.00 each) at freelance sites such as guru, getafreelancer, and things like that. You can also find writers at big internet business forums like Sitepoint, Digitalpoint, and Warrior Forum.

Wow your site needs some work.

A good way to get traffic is SEO

1)Try and get your websites book marked with social bookmarking site like stumble upon. Check out Onlywire:
https://onlywire.com/signup_purchase?pos… ( they will give 300 submissions for free, instead of you doing it manually.

2)Make sure your websites are search engine verified and submitted to search engines.

3)Also when building backlinks to Social Bookmarking sites make sure you get to the high PR sites

4) Write a press, press releases work great in getting traffic to your site. but when writing write it in the 3rd person.

5)Make sure you are using good keywords. Keywords that aren’t too competitive. When you do a google search on the key words you chose, count up all the PR numbers of the websites listed on the first page of google. say they all come to a PR of 23 then you divide it by 10, it will come to an average of a PR 2.3. You will find it easier to rank on keywords where the average is 1.7PR or lower.

6)To check the PR of those sites you will need to install SEO quake to your Mozilla Firefox. Go "Tools" on your browser and the select "add-ons." Now click on "Get Add-ons" and search for SEO Quake.

Also your background of your website needs to extend as your info can’t be read. Nice work! And wix is a great program to use.
